Sam was the only person who made me enjoy exercise. He was patient, very good with instructions on how to do exercises and all around funny and not intimidating personal training. Before Sam am always intimidated when I step in the gym and see fit guys and fit girls but Sam was able to make the gym less intimidating.
Sam is a great personal trainer and he is great at making a training plan for you based on your personal goals and experience level. I had pretty much never went to the gym before personal training but I was able to learn a lot in a few personal training sessions that I had with Sam and he gave me a great workout plan to follow. If you are someone who is new to the gym and you don’t know where to start, I would highly recommend to book with Sam.

Sam has been great… when we first startet I weighed in@290… and this was 2-months ago… my goal is 250, but the way we are going I think 230 might be new goal… so far I’ve lost 12 pounds, and feeling a new man… he has also helped me with information on food intake, and helped me set up with fitness app, and scale to keep track of my weight… this makes it so much easier to track…
I set myself a goal to lose 10 lbs in one month without losing muscle mass to prepare for a combat fitness test for the Marines, Sam helped me prepare by giving me a nutrition plan with a set calorie and protein intake, he set me up with a workout and cardio plan. Within 5 weeks I was able to make my desired weight and pass the CFT with a 1st class score. Sam is efficient and effective with his work and is an understanding and motivating coach.
